Prices
All prices are in euros, excluding VAT (value added tax) and any other taxes and duties imposed on products and/or their transport by the authorities, unless otherwise indicated. The cost of packing and delivery is to be borne by the purchaser unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

Guarantee
If your CoinCounter should break within 3 months of normal use, you can return it with sufficient postage to Haburo, Postal Box 70409, 1007 KK Amsterdam for a free replacement.

Questions/Complaints
Should you have questions or complaints about the CoinCounter you have purchased, please let us know by email to info@coincounter.cc. We will reply as soon as possible, at the latest within 24 hours. The Dutch Home Shopping Organization (www.thuiswinkel.org) may mediate in cases of complaints that cannot be resolved directly.

Money back if not satisfied:
As our customer, you are entitled to return your order to Haburo within 8 days of delivery, provided it has not been used, is still in the original packing and is covered by sufficient postage. Haburo reserves the right to reimburse only part of the amount paid, should there appear to be a possibility that the products have already been used or damaged after receipt by the customer.
